If anyone is new to me, I'm.....

Those new to the blog will know that the last six months for me have been midlife crisis X!0

And the crazy part of it all? I'm fully aware of my own creation process

ANYWHO

I was hired at Climate Pledge (Delaware North to be precise) as a Concessions Supervisor at the end of Kraken season, last season. I won't say there wasn't a lot of blood, sweat and tears because there was, BUT I also could not have been (and contnue to be) more grateful for the experience to show that I have the ability to be a PEOPLE SUPERVISOR in my blood.

I share this as it is something I have always run away from, and it took someone like one of my direct supervisors who I happen to be quite close to, to say to me:

I don't Know how I can get you to believe in yourself more

That hit home. I hadn't conscioously reallized it but my actions actually revealed my insecurities.
